Experience is an online platform for live and on-demand event streaming. This site is operated by UKGlimpse Limited registered at 34 Crown Close, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM22 7NX. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at privacy@ukglimpse.co.uk.
Account information
When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed password. You may optionally provide a display name.
Purchase information
When you buy a ticket, we collect billing name, email address, and payment details. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe / PayPal) and is never stored on our servers.
Ticket and access records
We record which events you have purchased access to, when that access was granted, and when it expires. This is necessary to provide the service.
Fan chat messages
If you use the fan chat during a live event, your messages are stored along with your display name and the time sent. Chat messages are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Technical data
When you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is collected in server logs and used for security and performance monitoring.
Streaming data
If you stream an event to our platform, we log the connection time, duration, and stream key used for security and billing purposes.

Cloudflare — our video streams and website traffic pass through Cloudflare’s network for security and performance. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request data. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Payment processors — card payments are handled by our payment provider. We share only the information necessary to process your transaction.
WooCommerce / Automattic — our ticketing system is built on WooCommerce. See Automattic’s privacy policy.
Email delivery — transactional emails (confirmations, password resets) are sent via our email provider. Your email address is shared with them solely for delivery purposes.
We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. Video streams are served through Cloudflare’s encrypted tunnel and the source URL is never exposed to viewers.
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. Please contact us immediately at alfie@ukglimpse.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.
This service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
